Diet pills can be a joke. There are no weight loss supplements around that enable you to shed weight, burn fat, or maybe tone the body of yours.
Of late, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, “What do you feel of a supplement called _____?” (Name removed to guard the useless!)
Today _____ is a popular “fat burner”, but I want to explain, I don’t think too much of it (or maybe any fat burner product, for that matter).
Almost every fat burner available on the market is a glorified caffeine tablet. And there actually isn’t one item on the market with a well done, scientific study supporting it is use.
As I told my customer, “You understand the tricks, bro: Work which is hard, done accurately, along with the right nutrition. That is all it takes to obtain the body you want” (which he’s way too, going from 210 and 20 % body fat to 175 and single-digit unwanted fat, all while reaching his main level of fitness ever).
Back to supplements…I am not confident that there is one ingredient available that is going to have a major impact on the weight loss of yours. No matter whether it’s caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, as well as my beloved Green Tea as well as fish oils, I do not believe you’ll lose any extra fat if you use these products (although Green tea, calcium and Explore further fish oils are able to have a major effect on better health).
So it is time to expose another myth – the misconception that a supplement or maybe ingredient can help you burn off more calories and fat and enable you to achieve the body of the dreams of yours. This is just not going to happen.
Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be prepared, that is much better. Get to know the simple truth about these products and whether or not they will do what they say, or perhaps burn a hole in your wallet.
